How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders from €99 after discounts. Below that, the shipping cost for your country is shown at checkout before you pay.
When will my order arrive?
In-stock orders arrive within 6–10 working days of successful payment. Preorder items ship from the date shown on the product page.
Can I return something?
Send your return within 30 days of receipt. We provide a free prepaid return label, and nothing is deducted from your refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Will I pay taxes or duties on delivery?
Poco Blush pays all taxes and duties. You pay nothing extra on delivery.
Which size should I choose?
Start with your child’s current height. Each product page shows the size guide for that product’s size range.
How can I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or enter your order number on our tracking page.

Where are your clothes designed and made?
Every Poco Blush print is drawn by our in-house team in Shanghai. All pieces are made in China. Poco Blush is represented in Europe from Düsseldorf.
