About Poco Blush
Original kidswear, hand-drawn in Shanghai.
Founded in Shanghai in 2019, Poco Blush is a designer kidswear label for girls with their own sense of style. Every print begins as an original drawing by our in-house illustrators, and each season brings new print stories, many of them inspired by Chinese culture.
Our name
“Mom, you have a little blush on your cheek!”
Our name comes from something our founders’ child once said. We still design that way: with colour, imagination and the small wonders children notice first.
How we make it
From paper to garment
Plan the season
Each season begins on a planning wall: several new print stories, sketched and matched with colours and fabrics.
Draw by hand
Our in-house team draws every character by hand, then places it on the pattern to the millimetre.
Sample the print
Prints are sampled and adjusted until the colours look like the original drawing.
Sew and finish
Every piece is made in China, then shipped to families across Europe.

Meet the artist behind the prints.
Co-founder and creative director Liu Zheng leads the design and illustration at Poco Blush. She studied fashion and textiles at IED in Milan and worked in womenswear design before co-founding the brand with Zhenyan Pan in Shanghai in 2019.
The drawings are the starting point, not the finishing touch. Across our collections, hand-drawn characters become part of a bigger world of colour, shape and playful detail — clothes with a personality of their own.
