Return & Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If your merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without stating a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, please inform us — Poco Blush, Moselstr. 20, 40219 Düsseldorf or via email at hey@pocoblush.com — by clear written communication (e.g. postal letter or email) indicating your decision to withdraw. You may use the provided sample withdrawal form, though it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, sending your notice before the withdrawal period ends is sufficient.

Effects of Withdrawal

Upon withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs (excluding supplementary costs arising from your chosen method of delivery if more expensive than our standard delivery). Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or proof of their shipment.

You must return or hand over the goods immediately and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before this period expires.

Return shipping costs

For customers in Germany, eligible returns are free under our current return service.

For other EU countries, return shipping costs may apply unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise covered by mandatory consumer rights.

Your statutory EU withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

You are liable for diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

30-Day Return Policy

Beyond the statutory 14-day withdrawal right, we offer an extended return policy of 30 days after receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

In the same condition as received (unworn/unused)
With original tags and packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, contact us at hey@pocoblush.com. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your items upon receipt. If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for:

Custom or clearly personalized items
Goods sealed for hygiene or health protection, if unsealed after delivery
Gift cards
Final-sale items only where clearly marked and where permitted by applicable law

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory withdrawal rights under applicable EU consumer law.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the quickest method is returning your original item and placing a separate order for the new product upon acceptance of your return.

Refunds

After inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be automatically credited via your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times by your bank or credit card company may vary.
