The applicable free-shipping threshold depends on your destination and products and is calculated after discounts. Paid shipping is shown in the checkout currency before payment.

United States: delivery, duties, taxes and returns

In-stock orders to the United States are handed over to our carrier within 24 hours of successful payment and are estimated to arrive within 6–10 calendar days of payment. This is the total order-to-arrival estimate, including order preparation and transit. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs checks or transport disruptions. This estimate does not apply to preorders.

For orders delivered to the United States, Poco Blush covers all applicable import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges. You will not be asked to pay additional charges when your parcel arrives.

Return shipping from the United States is free for eligible returns under our 30-day return policy. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and the address of our designated return warehouse. Please contact us before sending anything back. When a cart combines products from different shipping profiles, checkout determines the available shipping option for that cart. For destinations outside the EU, the United Kingdom and the United States, duties and taxes are shown at checkout where applicable; do not rely on a universal duties-included promise.

Ceuta, Melilla, Las Palmas and Santa Cruz de Tenerife are currently outside our configured EU delivery coverage. The shipping option available for your address is shown before payment.

In-stock orders to eligible destinations in the EU, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway are dispatched from Shanghai and are estimated to arrive 6–10 working days after successful payment. This is the total order-to-arrival range, including preparation and transport. This estimate does not apply to preorders or destinations outside our delivery coverage.

Poco Blush pays all applicable taxes and duties for eligible EU orders. You will not need to pay additional taxes or duties on arrival.

Poco Blush also pays all applicable import taxes and duties for orders delivered to the United Kingdom. You will not need to pay additional taxes or duties on arrival.
